Book the trial session even if you think your dog is social. The handlers use it to spot play-style mismatches that aren't obvious to owners, and the dogs that skip it tend to have rougher first nights. The cage-free setup is the real draw here, but it only works if your dog actually enjoys group play; if yours prefers solo time, this probably isn't the right fit.
You walk into a townhouse setup where the dogs are already moving. Open play spaces replace kennel rows, and the approach runs on supervised group dynamics rather than crate rotation. Dogs stay together during the day, separated only at feeding time and overnight. The handlers organize groups by temperament, size, age, and neuter status, so a high-energy young Labrador won't end up in the same rotation as a senior Shih Tzu.
The trial daycare session is mandatory before any boarding stay. This isn't a courtesy option. The handlers use the session to assess whether your dog fits the open-play model and to let the dog map the space and meet the team before an overnight. Dogs that skip this step don't board here.
Vaccination records go under review before acceptance: rabies, distemper, parvovirus, leptospirosis, and up-to-date tick and flea prevention are required. Bordetella is recommended but not mandatory. Senior dogs over 12 years old are accepted but need advance notice. Female dogs in heat are not accepted at any stage. Non-neutered males showing aggression or excessive mounting behavior get separated or declined.
Training runs in parallel to the daycare and boarding. Group courses span 8 to 10 sessions, private classes run 4 to 5 sessions, and each session lasts 45 to 60 minutes. The training team works on behavioral issues and basic obedience. Grooming and spa services cover baths, nail trims, and general coat maintenance. Pet relocation assistance handles the logistics for owners moving in or out of Thailand. The operation has logged more than 15,000 nights booked and serves over 1,200 customers, with an 18-person team that includes certified dog carers, drivers for the pet taxi service, and managers handling front-office coordination.
Observation windows let owners check in without entering play zones. Virtual tours cover the off-limit areas. Booking runs through Line, and advance reservations are recommended.
