Order Good Day if you want approachable and Bold Move if you want a heavier cup; the bar staff will explain the single-origin Karogoto if you ask. Sit on the bar side of the room for the cleanest acoustics and watch the roastery work through the glass. This is a coffee-first stop. Drink one carefully and walk on.

The flagship sits at the ground-floor back of Mahatun Plaza on Ploenchit Road, a 150 square metre unit designed by Bangkok firm space+craft. The brief was clear from the start: separate the roasting work from the service work, and let customers see both. Orange-accented plywood lines the glass panels that split the room.

One side of the floor is the coffee lab, where the roastery operates and where the staff run cuppings and origin sessions. The other side is the bar, designed for shorter service interactions and clean espresso conversation. You walk in through the bar side and the lab sits behind you, framed in glass.

The house philosophy reads like a counter-position to specialty-coffee jargon: everyday coffee should be approachable and easy to understand. The four signature blends carry that through. Good Day is the everyday cup. Bold Move runs heavier. Fruitopia leans bright. Daydreamer is the dessert-leaning pour. Single origins rotate through Guatemala El Socorro, Kenya Karogoto, and a tri-process Sirinya from northern Thailand.

Price anchor for the take-home shelf: bags start at 300 baht and top out around 750 baht depending on size and blend, and Good Day starts at 400 baht for the standard size. The bar serves espresso, batch brew, and seasonal specialty drinks. The orange wafer latte has shown up across coverage as the room's most photographed signature.

Hours run 8 AM to 5 PM daily. The walk from BTS Ploen Chit is short and signposted, and Mahatun Plaza sits on the same side of Ploenchit Road as the station. Come on a weekday morning for the calmest lab-side service window.
