Lead with the Yellow Crab Curry and the deep-fried shrimp cake on a first visit, then add a sharing tom yum goong with river prawns to read the kitchen across spice, fry and broth. Order family-style with at least three. The 5th-floor mall location is the easy choice when half the table is mall-shopped and half is BTS-arriving.

You ride the escalators up through Terminal 21's themed-floor stack and step off into Savoey, with the rest of the 5th-floor dining lineup spread out around you and the mall's signature airport-departure-board aesthetic still visible at the entry.

The Savoey story starts in 1972, when the family opened a street-food stall in Patong, Phuket. The same family still runs the group, which now operates four Bangkok branches: Sukhumvit 26 inside A Square, Tha Maharaj on the river, this Terminal 21 Asok location, and The Mercury Ville at Chidlom.

The menu is Thai seafood done in the traditional register the brand built its name on. Yellow crab curry and steamed mud crab anchor the seafood section. Deep-fried shrimp cake, braised oyster omelet, somtum, pork satay, special baked-pineapple fried rice and steamed seabass with lime and chili fill out the spread, alongside tom yum goong with river prawns.

The branch sits on the 5th floor of Terminal 21 Asok at 88 Soi Sukhumvit 19, directly connected to the BTS Asok and MRT Sukhumvit interchange. That makes it one of the easiest seafood-restaurant arrivals in central Sukhumvit: you exit the BTS, walk into the mall, and ride up.

Reservations and walk-in queries go through the branch phone on +66 64 017 0237. Operating hours follow Terminal 21 mall hours. Bring a group of four or more, order at least one crab dish plus one fry plus one curry, and you will read the kitchen at the breadth the menu is written for.
