The Dining Room at Grand Hyatt Erawan Bangkok runs a wide-ranging international buffet across breakfast, lunch, and dinner, with live cooking stations where chefs prepare dishes to order. The spread covers roast lamb rack, Peking Duck, suckling pig, salt-baked whole salmon, crab claws, sushi and sashimi, Thai classics, and a dessert station including milk chocolate fondue. Sunday brunch on the first of each month is the flagship occasion, with live band music included.

The Dining Room is located on the lobby level of Grand Hyatt Erawan Bangkok at 494 Ratchadamri Road, Lumphini, Pathum Wan, with direct BTS access from Chit Lom Station via exit 8. The restaurant is the all-day dining venue of the five-star hotel and operates as an international buffet across breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

The setting is described as garden-style, with natural light filling the lobby-level space and a residential ambience that distinguishes it from typical hotel banquet rooms. Live cooking stations form the interactive core of the buffet, with chefs preparing dishes including sizzling grills and wok-tossed creations to guest preference at the station.

The buffet menu spans multiple cuisines. On the Western side: roast lamb rack, roast beef, suckling pig, whole salt-baked salmon, and a meat carvery. Asian stations cover Peking Duck, fish maw soup, sushi and sashimi including salmon, tuna, and Hamachi, and a dedicated Thai food station with dishes such as mango sticky rice. The Italian antipasti section and a pasta station are also part of the regular lineup. Seafood at the weekday dinner and weekend buffet includes steamed crab, grilled river prawn, fresh oysters, and rock lobster. Crab is not served Monday through Thursday dinner from January 2025 onward per the restaurant's own updated terms. Desserts include Thai sweets, mango sticky rice, assorted cakes, ice cream, and milk chocolate fondue.

A live jazz band performs nightly from 7pm to 9pm. The Grand Sunday Brunch, held on the first Sunday of each month, adds a dedicated live band set, a chef's special pate pass-around, and the full premium seafood spread, priced at 3,250 THB++ per adult. An optional alcohol package at an additional 1,400 THB++ includes unlimited Singha beer and a selection of Prosecco, red and white wines.
