TLS Contact is the authorized application center for French Schengen visas in Thailand. Operating from the 12th floor of Sathorn City Tower, the center accepts and processes applications on behalf of the French Embassy. It is the official front end of the French visa pipeline, not the embassy itself.
All French Schengen visa categories flow through here: short-stay tourist visas (type C), family reunion visas, study and research visas, and long-stay visas. Appointments must be booked online through the France Visas or TLS Contact portal before attending. Walk-ins are not accepted.
Standard processing takes approximately 15 working days from submission, though this varies by visa type and current volume. The center collects biometrics (fingerprints and photo) during the appointment, which is required for first-time French visa applicants and those whose biometrics have expired.
Optional paid add-ons are available. The Premium Lounge provides a quieter waiting area and priority desk service. Prime Time appointments allow bookings outside standard hours, useful for those who cannot attend during regular business hours. A document-checking service reviews your file before formal submission, worth considering if your application is complex.
Important: the center submits to the French Embassy but cannot influence processing decisions. For refused applications or complicated cases, engage with the embassy directly or consult a visa attorney.
