Victoria by Cocotte at Emquartier sits on the ground floor of the Waterfall Quartier at 695-693 Sukhumvit Road, Klongton, Bangkok. The restaurant opened in 2019 as part of the HMA restaurant group, which also operates Cocotte and Mozza, and describes itself as a modern brasserie offering a casual and cosy all-day dining experience with a French bistro spirit.
The kitchen is led by Chef Gib, who has 20 years of experience in European and French cuisine and joined Victoria on its opening day. She develops every dish on the menu and oversees culinary standards across the HMA group. Executive Chef Boat, who started at Cocotte in 2016 and now runs the entire culinary operation across all HMA restaurants, collaborates with Chef Gib on every menu decision. The team also includes a French chef who trained in Parisian kitchens, worked at Mun on the rooftop of Galeries Lafayette near the Champs-Elysees, and spent a year at Le Ciel de Paris before bringing a zero-waste cooking philosophy to Victoria.
The menu runs from breakfast at 8am through to dinner. Brunch is served until 4pm and features the Victoria Breakfast, Lobster and Crab Roll, and Smashed Avocado Toast. A complimentary basket of homemade multigrain sourdough arrives at every table. Signature dishes include Victoria's Truffle Coquillette and the Cafe de Paris: a 400g Black Angus steak dressed in the classic butter sauce first created in Geneva in the 1930s, served with salad and French fries. The broader dinner menu extends to Escargots, French Onion Soup, Truffle Tagliolini, slow-braised Wagyu Pappardelle, Black Angus Prime Rib, and Wagyu Hanger Steak.
