Two head chefs run the kitchen. Mahdi Zehri comes from Beirut, trained there, and handles the Lebanese line. The Indian tandoor section mirrors it: Baby Chicken Tandoori, mixed tandoori kabab platters, lamb seekh kabab, fish tikka, and prawn tandoori. The chef's stars land mostly on the grills and tandoor work: Grilled Whole Baby Chicken (฿590) and Baby Chicken Tandoori (฿490) are both marked, along with Mixed Tandoori Kabab Platter (฿399) and the biryani section, where Al Saray Lamb Shank Biryani (฿650) and Lamb Ouzi (฿650) share the spotlight.
