Order the tako wasabi cold and the oyako-don hot. The flavored beer list is the draw here (mango, passion fruit, tomato Asahi), not the sake. Come with at least three people and book the upstairs tables if you want elbow room.

You walk into a two-story izakaya layout where the ground floor fills with groups by 7 PM and the upstairs gives you breathing space when the main room gets loud. The menu runs long on small plates and skewers built for sharing: edamame, yakitori in the standard chicken and pork cuts, tako wasabi for the cold start, salmon sushi and sashimi that move fast on weekend nights. The oyako-don and tsunagimoyaki appear on most tables.

The beer selection is the anchor. Kenshin pours fruit-infused Asahi in tomato, mango, and passion fruit alongside the standard lagers, and the flavored options pull more orders than the sake list. You are here for the beer variety, not the wine.

The crowd splits evenly between Thai regulars and foreigners who live within walking distance of Sukhumvit 33. Groups of four to six take most of the floor space. The room runs casual, the staff greet you at the door, and the kitchen stays open until midnight every night of the week, which makes this one of the louder late-night izakaya options between Phrom Phong and Thong Lo.

Reservations go through Line. The upstairs seating gives you more space per table than the ground floor, so if you are booking for five or more, request the second level when you message.
