Order the eight-fruit parfait if you want the full seasonal edit. The owners taste every piece of fruit before it reaches the counter, which means what you get in December is not what you will find in May, and that rotation is the point. The zakka half of the room is worth browsing after you finish.

You walk into a room divided between cafe counter and retail shelves, parfait menu on one side and zakka collection on the other. Hisako Kubo handles the goods, her husband Yot-Piyoros runs the fruit kitchen, and both spent twenty years in Japan before opening this dual-concept space that treats seasonal produce and handmade objects with equal discipline. The signature Parden Fruit Parfait layers eight seasonal fruits with house-made yogurt ice cream, and what goes into the glass changes month to month because the kitchen sources organic fruit and builds the menu around what is ripe. The Passion Fruit Parfait comes with passion fruit bavarois, the cheesecake gets fruit toppings that shift with the calendar, and the fresh juice is pressed without added sugar.

The tasting protocol is literal. Every piece of fruit gets sampled by the owners before plating, and anything below standard gets rejected.

Sodas include organic apple, pomelo, pineapple, and a grapefruit option that lets you mix the sweetness yourself. The zakka shop stocks handcrafted pieces from Thailand, Laos, and Sri Lanka. Hisako defines zakka as presenting items the seller loves, which in practice means traditionally made goods over factory production. The retail collection sits alongside the cafe counter in the Manor Building's second floor on Sukhumvit 39, and browsing the shelves after finishing the parfait is part of the intended sequence.

The room closes Mondays. Tuesday through Friday it runs from eleven AM to five PM, weekends from noon to five.
