SIN opened on November 15, 2024 on the 27th floor of Avani+ Riverside Bangkok at 257 Charoen Nakhon Road, Samre, Thon Buri. Access runs via a private glass elevator from hotel level, separating the arrival from a standard lobby approach. The rooftop seats 80 guests or stands 180, a capacity that keeps the floor functional without becoming a volume operation. Views span the Chao Phraya River and the city skyline from the west bank. The head mixologist is Brian Gonzalez Fernandez, who trained at The Ned in London and Grupo Dani García in Spain. His background across two acclaimed European fine-dining bar programs, one in London and one in Spain, informs the cocktail construction and separates the SIN drinks menu from a standard hotel rooftop list. Regional and international DJs including Tek Harrington and Bangkok-based DJ Ashima run the music program.
You take the private elevator up and the Chao Phraya River is in front of you before you reach your seat.
The cocktail menu runs ten signatures. Forbidden Nectar combines Michter's US1 Kentucky Straight Bourbon with miso and caramel. Kiss of Euphoria uses Curado Cupreata Tequila, kiwi, Cointreau and Cocchi Americano. Midnight SIN layers Remy Martin 1738, Jameson Black Barrel, cacao nibs and coconut cold brew. Five of the ten signatures are available as Sober Sips, alcohol-free using premium non-alcoholic spirits. Food covers Gillardeau oysters, Miyazaki A5 wagyu tartare, sashimi and katsu sando.
