Tulum Skybar occupies a rooftop perch at 559 Soi Sukhumvit 63 in Watthana, opening daily from 5 PM until late. The venue takes its design cues and its menu from the coastal town of Tulum, Mexico, weaving tropical flavours and a vivid party atmosphere into a Bangkok skyline setting.
The cocktail list is the centrepiece. Fourteen signature creations cover a wide spectrum: the Dragon Whisper pairs tequila with dragon fruit, sage, and agave; the Mezcal Mystique layers Jose Cuervo with mezcal, honey, and osmanthus foam; the Saffron Sunset uses saffron-infused gin with Lillet Blanc, elderflower, and tonic; and the Pandan Delight blends pisco with Frangelico, berries cordial, and pandan syrup. For those who favour classics, the bar serves Martinis, Old Fashioned, and Mojitos alongside the originals. Mocktails are available at 300 THB, keeping the menu fully inclusive.
The spirits list covers gin, vodka, rum, whisky including Japanese expressions, bourbon and rye, cognac, and a beer selection. The Tulum 6 Shot Series at 600 THB per set lets tables share tasting flights including the Honey Rose with Ketel One, honey, and rose, and the Green Botanist with Bombay Sapphire, Midori, and lime.
