Mozza by Cocotte - EmQuartier
693 Sukhumvit Rd, Klongton Klongtoey Bangkok 10110
EmQuartier has more pizza options than any one diner needs, and Mozza earns its place by leaning fully Italian rather than fusion. Come here when you want pasta plated with the same care as the pizza. Order one of each for the table and let the kitchen do the rest.
You step off the EmQuartier ground-floor walkway and the brick oven is the first thing you see at Mozza by Cocotte. The kitchen builds its menu around two pillars: Neapolitan-style pizzas baked in the brick oven and handmade pasta rolled in-house, both anchored to premium Italian ingredients and a stated La Cucina di Mamma philosophy.
Mozza is part of the Cocotte hospitality group, which also operates Cocotte Farm Roast and Winery and Victoria by Cocotte across town. That kitchen pedigree shows up in the consistency of the plating and the depth of the pasta menu, which carries the same weight as the pizza list.
Five branches now run across Bangkok malls: EmQuartier, Siam Paragon, Central Chidlom, ICONSIAM and Central Park Dusit. The group has collected recognition from Gambero Rosso and the LSA Awards.
The EmQuartier branch opens at 8 AM daily for breakfast service, which is unusual for a mall pizzeria. Sunday through Thursday it runs until 10 PM with last order at 9:45 PM; Friday and Saturday it stays open until 11 PM with last order at 10:45 PM. Eat-in, takeaway and delivery all run through the same kitchen. Best entered through the EmQuartier ground-floor entrance closest to Phrom Phong BTS Exit 1, so you skip the upper-floor escalator queue at peak shopping hours.
