The building is part of the Hotel Once compound, which gives the bar a footprint separated from the street-level pace of Charoen Krung without detaching from the neighborhood entirely. The operating premise is a slow bar experience, meaning coffee is ordered, brewed and served at a pace that allows each extraction to complete properly rather than running at counter speed.
